CEO
Lief has been a career entrepreneur, technologist and futurist. He has founded and grown several companies. In 2004 he was given the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Kiosk & Self-Service industry association and was inducted into their Hall of Fame. Mr. Larson was named #8 on Entrepreneur Magazine's "Top 10 American Entrepreneurs Under 30" list and was a back-to-back semi-finalist for the Minnesota Cup in 2005 & 2006. In 2010 his efforts with Workface resulted in the company winning the Social Business Innovation award and the OnDemand 100 award.
Interim President
Tadd D. Tobkin serves as the interim president of Workface. Tadd is also a partner at Arthur Ventures, a venture capital firm with just under $20 million in management, including $6.8 million raised in 2011 to support its current partner companies, Intelligent InSites and Preventice. He also serves as a board advisor for Hardcore Computer and Loyalty Builders, and as a board member for Preventice. Tadd has provided strategy consulting and capital advice for Marsh McLennan, Atlantic Agro Holdings and to various clients through Restoration Partners. One of Restoration Partners clients included Open Text; a $3.5 billion market cap software company which Tobkin constructed a strategy with the executive team to take the company to $5 billion. Prior, Tadd was a consultant at Accenture where he aided in the successful delivery of an Internet portal for an $11 billion health insurance company, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, and led five functional areas of a $70 million project for Guidant, a medical device company acquired by Boston Scientific for $27.3 billion. He earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from North Dakota State University, an MBA with emphases in finance and accounting from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, and a doctorate of jurisprudence from Texas Tech University (TTU) School of Law.
Chief Technology Officer
Jereme is the Chief Technology Offer with Workface. He has architected, designed, built and managed the technology team responsible for creating the Workface platform. Prior to working on the Workface platform, Jereme managed and developed the BusinessCard2 platform supporting 100 thousand users. With over 12 years of web application experience, Jereme is an expert in web technologies and is passionate about creating platforms that automate and maximize benefits for various business verticals.
Jereme has a Masters Degree in Management Information Systems and a BA in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University. Jereme is a PHP5 Zend Certified Engineer and is a member of the Center for Strategic IT & Security, Alumni Action-Advisory Board with MnSCU.
Sales Director
Mike is an experienced sales professional with a solid track record selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions. Prior to joining Workface, Mike represented Oracle Corporation's SaaS customer relationship management (CRM) applications, where he delivered double and triple-digit sales growth. During Mike’s fifteen years in sales, he’s represented a spectrum of corporations ranging from large enterprises to boot-strapped start-ups. Mike received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota.
Account Manager
Courtney's professional experience includes Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Office Management. When she is not at work, she enjoys volunteering with Youth For Understanding (YFU) an exchange Student Program. Her expertise are organization, problem solving, Power Point presentations, and reaching out to the customers. Prior to joining Workface, Courtney worked with Snow-Larson, Medtronic and Atomic Props.
Executive Assistant
Ann's professional experience has included various positions in data analysis and office management. Her expertise is in data collation and analysis, demand forecasting, and office management and organization. Prior to joining Workface, Ann has worked with Levi Strauss & Co., Hanover Accessories, and Northwest Area Foundation.
Senior Engineer
Evan is a web developer, designer, and system architect who loves developing systems for both online and offline use. He is passionate about optimization, scaling distributed systems, user experience and interfaces, and new technologies.
Evan holds a BS in Computer Sciences and Information Systems.
Sales Representative
Amy's professional experience includes representing a global medical device manufacturing company as a technical sales representative. Whether following up, or training customers on product use you can sense her dedication to customer care and support.
